"I've been going to Wendy's yoga classes for several years. Even though my yoga practice goes back three decades, I've never felt it to be as rejuvenating and rewarding an experience as it has with her. I love her classes and recommend them to many other people because I know they'll get the same health benefits I have - physically, emotionally and spiritually.
She integrates a sense of balance and calm in her routine that imparts strength and confidence that has helped me continually reach for my ever-changing potential. Wendy has spoiled me completely. I've not found any other yoga instructor with whom I feel such rapport. Thanks, Wendy, for being there for those of us who benefit so much from your gifts. "

what is Blooming Into Self?
A dormant seed can lie nestled in the soil for decades only to bloom when the conditions present themselves in just the right way. Often we do the same thing. Years of obligation, denial, stress, and frustration can bury us until we realize we have ceased to nurture our souls.
When we recognize our worth and begin to practice self-care and self-acceptance, a shift begins to take place, allowing growth and renewal of spirit. This transformation is as beautiful as any blooming flower and reveals the essence of your heart in much the same way that a flower releases its fragrance.
Practicing yoga, both on (asana & pranayama) and off (acts of kindness & compassion) the mat will help you bloom into your truest self, revealing the beauty within your heart.
"It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are." ~ e.e. cummings
"Wendy is the MOST amazing yoga teacher ever. She creates a warm, safe, and loving place to practice "coming together with oneself". With compassion and kindness, Wendy focuses on each student's needs. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

"There is no comment I could leave you that could ever represent all that the small little yoga class in JC did for myself and my family. Helping me learn to calm my thoughts and breathe has help me think more clearly, set goals, manage pain, and gave me the confidence to be living my dreams out." - Mary Moses, Certified Health Coach
"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." ~ Rumi
